The staff was amazing and the breakfast had a variety of options. The only down side is that we woke up and noticed that there was mold on the window wall.

This is a good hotel if you need a place to stay after a late-night arrival in Rio. The hotel is fine but the area isn't that great. For the price though, it's a decent value. The breakfast is actually really good. Not fancy but very tasty.

I like staying at this hotel. It is clean and the staff is nice…. If you are going for work beware the WiFi is not so dependable.

There was no flexibility with check in this time. The last time we stayed at this hotel, we arrived early and were allowed to wait at the rooftop area until the room was ready for check in at 2pm. This time we were told by the receptionist that this was not allowed and we had to wait at the lobby for almost 4 hours.

You have to have a reason to visit Duque de Caxias, such as a flight layover, because it’s not exactly Beverly Hills. But the hotel is clean and decent, with competent personnel, and it’s a good value. If you need a late-night bite there’s a good bakery/restaurant called Duquesa about two blocks away. Aside from that there’s not much else around.

Good, clean rooms 15 minutes in taxi from Galeao. Terrible check-out experience; the staff member was totally uncommunicative and made us feel like an inconvenience.

Fiz a reserva neste hotel contando com 1 vaga de garagem. Ao chegar à noite fui informado por um atendente que não teria possibilidade de estacionar o carro e nem sequer tirar a bagagem. Tive que procurar um estacionamento 24 horas distante do hotel e ainda carregar a bagagem. Depois de uma longa viagem pra nós foi decepcionante.

Fiquei 3 dias e 2 noites no hotel e tive uma experiência muito boa. O quarto era bom, o café da manhã simples, mas fresco e gostoso. Mas, sem dúvida, o que mais fez diferença foi a equipe: todos muito educados, gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Hoje em dia, encontrar pessoas tão amáveis faz toda a diferença na hospedagem. Saio muito grata pelo carinho e atenção de todos ❤️

Estacionamento bem pequeno e apertado, café da manhã ok, mas o presunto estava passado/estragado. E tinha barata no quarto.

O café da manhã Ficou a desejar, poderia ser melhor pelo valor, e as toalhas bem gastas e o cheiro do amaciante estranho , o ponto alto foi a equipe de atendimento serem bem gentil e prestativos eles são nota 10
