Food options very good!

It’s nice to go around

Estuvo bien, pero no tienen frazadas extra en el closet y sentimos frío en la noche.

This hotel is the worse experience ever, there was a water bottle in the room previuosly opened and, at 2:30 am the receptionist woke me up saying that somebody left something in my room. They let this strange lady external from the hotel enter to my room at 2:40 am this is the wierdest thing ever in a hotel. Very dissapointing. They never even said sorry for the event, no mangagers and nobody answering any questions about this situation.

Very smooth check in, very helpful staff. Transportation on time. We had a great stay even though we stayed on night only.

They need to do a lot of work on that place elevators furnitures bath tubs carpets they are to old no ice machines but service is very good nice people

Best value in Guate City. Great location, amenities and breakfast buffet.

Facilities seem a bit older, but nicely kept.

No TV , no cable no smart tv, the shower the mechanism doesn't work, couldn't take a shower, the AC an old unit , the knob to turn the Temperature down or up doesn't exist , its broken, the elevators didn't work , had to take the stairs to walk down

Have stayed here several times and it has always been great.

This hotel was very nice, close to the airport, nice sorroundings.

The food and the park in front of the property

It's a good place to stay, clean friendly one little thing i didn't like . I ask the lady who check us in if she new where can i exchange some money . Dollars to quetzales. She say to me to go to airport . Then later i went to the restaurant. Turns out they have a place a place where you can exchange money .
