Nothing unique.

The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!

Hotel Cappuccino is a beautiful, upscale hotel in the perfect location. Palma is very walkable from this location. The staff are there to help you with everything you may need. A wonderful stay and we will be back!

Could not imagine a better stay on Palma than the Cappuccino…excellent in every way from the room to the great restaurant and bar downstairs to the location. Would give 10 stars if we could.

This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit .

What a lovely hotel stay - sadly we were only there one night. The receptionist who met us was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was well designed and had everything you could need. A very personal service from a hotel chain in a busy city - that's not easy to find. Would definitely stay again or at one of their other hotels

Location is city centre with corresponding noise levels at busy times. Acceptable but if quiet is required not suitable. Terrace and pool insignificant.Food simple and extremely well prepared.Service and staff above 5 star average. Would return.
