I made a reservation and paid for a 2 nights’ stay for my parents a few weeks before the stay. Paid for a room with either twin beds or a queen bed. But when I got there, the receptionist told us that we haven’t made a reservation yet. She was really sure of if, until she actually checked and saw that we’ve made our reservation. Then they gave us a room, and made my parents walk up 4 flights of stairs. They gave an extra mattress, but it didn’t come with covers and blankets. Also, the air conditioner was barely working. My parents only stayed for one night because they couldn’t stand the environment there. They even rent out a room with the paint still wet! Worst experience ever!

The room is messy and the sheets are like a wash. The air conditioner cannot be controlled because the water cond remote control is not provided.

I called the hotel to double confirm about my booking & the receptionist said to me there's no booking under my name. I freak out & almost cancel my booking, but thinking that I had paid it so I just went to the hotel & asked the receptionist again by showing my print out booking code. When I got my room, it was nice & simple but the TV had no signal & the bathroom's lamp was broken. I had to shower in the darkness. Bad experience. Please fix this

I didn't sleep here anyway as I entered the reception room, very bad smell coming over and the place is too dark and creepy eels like you entered an abandoned hotel or something.. I want to refund back, if I could..

The staff is friendly but the parking is not exactly provided for the customer. There was no remote for aircond and one room was hot. The bathroom light was not functioning.

There were no WiFi as specified and the place looks old and unfriendly. The accommodation was basic with no toiletries. Fortunately, aircond works fine. TV remote without batteries. Towels are yucky and bedsheet cleanliness was questionable. Safety was also an issue so, not advised to leave your precious belongings. The room door looks like it has been broken into several time as there are marks on them. Overall, it doesn't look very good at all as a hotel.

Absolutely dirty looking room, messy dirty bathroom. never was cleaned by the looks of it!!, used soap pieces lying around in bathroom floor. no AC remote. no TV remote and TV not working. Reception gave a stinky (used towel by the looks of it!).

No lift and not value for money.
