They check you in swiftly and before the check in time. That’s very convenient specially if you land early. Everyone is friendly. Nice place.

I stay there from Friday through Sunday morning. The first day when I arrived they gave me a horrible room which wasn’t the room that I paid for. After my husband argued with the ladies and the front desk they decided to change the room. They gave us a room which the AC wasn’t working and no hot water only one toilet paper, my husband and told them about the AC and The hot water a guy came to look at the water he said gave him a minute he’ll be back NeVER See him again. I spent the whole time there with no hot water and AC. The front dest was not apologetic at all, the lady told me it’s normal for the AC to stop working and it has nothing to do with them. After paying almost $500 for a room for a weekend I arrived on Friday at 2pm and Sunday 11:28am they were already knocking on my room door for us to leave. NEVER again, unprofessional, rude, no customer service at all.

Sams hotel is the best one to choose if you go to haiti,everything is perfect,the food is great at affordable price,the rooms are bery clean, the staff is excellent

It waste of money a motel room is very much better than that. Nothing is good, pipes , electric wire all are exposed an represent an security hazard.
