The hotel was very clean and the hosts were very approachable

Clean and conveniently located in the heart of the city.

I just stayed one night but it was a little bit uncomfortable to mange the entrance to the hotel’s room due to excessive stairs on the hallway.

Nos encantó El Hotel, estuvo muy bien el servicio y fueron muy amables al recibirnos. El cuarto esta amplio y limpio. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron estuvo muy sabroso y hotel está cercas de la plaza. Se los recomiendo!

City Center, walkable to must see places.

It was very good, however the shower had only part (1/2) of the door and the water from shower spilled out.

We were conveniently placed in the first room on the first floor so lots of people walking by. Noise was definitely heard

They gave me the worst room in the hotel next to the cleaning room very noise

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The room was small but the shower was large and comfortable. They need to furnish more towels, face towels would be nice for a starter. The mirror was a bit to high to see yourself when getting dress. On the over all it was a pleasant stay.

No parking lot access and wi fi horrible poor

The TV channels did not work

I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

Was very good what you expect for the price

Front desk staff very good. Gentle .Fast service in the valet parking. Elevator failure. X Long waiting time in the elevator. X The room very dirty.. Cockroaches.. Very bad service in the restaurant. Person with a beard in the restaurant in charge or I don't know very despot and rude I forgot to take the name . Thanks..

Overall nice stay. A nice hotel for the area. This hotel is a short one block walk to the Plaza Zamora and many restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was included and for the price it was a very good deal.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Very clean! Excellent customer service. I just they had a coffee station but overall it was a very nice hotel.
