Ive stayed here a few times now due to its location just outside Umea and i have to say the staff here are some of the nicest people I've ever met they are absolutely amazing. The room was a good big room but sadly there was a lot of outside noise from the other guests, that being said thats not the hotel problem if other guests camt keep their children under control and follow the unwritten hotel code of conduct rules.

Just right for a short visit and very close to where had to travel. Extremely helpful staff and communication in English was not a constraint. Adequate menu for breakfast and restaurant. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Kristopher was very helpful and pitched in when our taxi did not turn up!

We have stayed here three times. It has an excellent location for travelers looking for a convenient stop on a road trip, as it is immediately off the highway. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at with a complimentary dinner buffet. While not gourmet, it was good, hot, and satisfying. The breakfast buffet is also quite good, with a combination of hot and cold dishes. The amenities in the rooms varies; for example, the last time we stayed there was neither coffee maker nor hairdryer in our room. However, we didn't need them, and additionally, I feel confident they would have been provided quickly at our request. The second time we stayed, we requested a mini fridge and they accommodated this request with no problem. Also, we requested a specific room the last time we stayed, because we traveled with a cat and a room near the entrance on the ground floor was convenient. This request was also accommodated. Overall, this hotel has what you need, and is clean and comfortable, with friendly and efficient service.

Lugnt och tyst trots närheten till motorvägen.Bra säng och en utmärkt frukost. Fiffigt att kunna äta middag på plats så vi slapp åka ut snöovädret. Hjälpsam personal.

Fantaskiskt bra hotell för pengarna kan verkligen rekomendera hotellet jag har bott här flera gånger. Inget att klaga på frukosten var bra. Det var lite kallt på rummet när jag anlände.

Allt va jättebra

Jättetrevligt att komma dit, välkomnande och mysigt. Följde oss till rummet. Skönt och avkopplande. Tyvärr saknade vårt rum ventilation vilket inte var så kul med 5 personer i rummet. Fruktansvärd luft på rummet när vi vaknade, fanns ingen att framföra det till innan vi åkte.

Vi stannar ofta på detta familjera hotell när vi åker förbi. Känns som att gå in i någons vardagsrum. Sängarna är fantastiskt sköna och maten och gästvänligheten enorm.

Trevligt litet hotell med fantastisk service. Bra läge för övernattning utmed vägen. Lugnt och skönt med bra mat och hemtrevlig känsla i allmänna utrymmen. Rekommenderas helt klart.
