The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but the downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear people walking upstairs, and the minibar in the room wasn't cold.

The hotel is a bit distant from the city center but accessible by riding GrabCar or Gojek. If you are traveling for the purpose of walking around the surrounding area.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the food was quite complete, but the taste could be improved. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were bolsters. However, the towels might be time for new ones, as they were yellowing and thin. The electrical outlets in the rooms could be checked again, as some weren't working. The hotel's location is far from the culinary and shopping centers, but it's quite comfortable and quiet.
