Very good service and nice location close to Nizami street

The location is really nice, the staff are friendly and the price was reasonable, plus underground parking which was nice!

The property was nice. Good value for money. The location was great for us. Though, the reception desk (early morning - check-in) weren’t particularly friendly or helpful and didn’t exactly feel us welcomed. I would recommend it for location and accessibility to Nizami Street.

Staff Quiet safe

This property was good. Close to best shopping and attractions. Very good restaurants in neighborhood. Management needs improvement. No hot water for a whole day and no communication on why or how to handle things. Also, they need to fix their heaters, November can be cold in Baku. All in all good stay.

Nice and above what we were expecting. Hotel is operated by movinpik. Room was specious and clean. Vgood level of hospitality. 5 min walk to active areas and very recommended. Staff welcomed us with dessert for our anniversary celebration.

11 floor lobby carpets were very dirty

Everything is great. Food could be better.

I feel sorry for the Winter Park Hotel. It used to be nice. It was my first choice whenever I was traveling to Baku. Old towels, not well maintained building, the staff could be better. Overall, wasn’t the best experience ( compared to my previous experiences)

A little dated but clean

Nice hotel in a great location with on site parking. Lovely big rooms with views over Baku

Don’t like breakfast

Great hotel in a perfect location. Big rooms, great view (from our side you could see Flame Towers), in a walking distance to the City Center, old ciry. The winter park just across the street also has many Dining options. Nice ans friendly stuff. very comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. no more no less (but great view from the 15 floor). Only down side - our shower has no place to put the Shampoo and Conditioner without it falling.

Airport shuttle is marked as one of the services at this hotel. It is not, there is no airport shuttle. You have to take a taxi, which is only 30 AZB.

Rooms are not clean properly towels are outdated service is very slow air conditioning thermostat not working over all not good
