Wonderful, extraordinary Vacation. We absolutely loved every moment. The beach was stunning with plenty of fish to see, the staff so warm and welcoming, the food exceeded our expectations for sure and we can not wait to go back to this beautiful resort!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable Vacation And a big THANK YOU to Andrea the Yoga instructor. Your classes were fabulous and inspiring!

The people who work there are very friendly. The property is beautiful. Pools, beach and food are just a short walk away, or get a ride on a golf cart if you dont want to walk. Lots of pretty bird's and some lizards and small creatures. They said the beach was full of seaweed but ai didnt think it was bad, just normalnfor the ocean.

We loved our swim up jr suite. It was perfect for our week of relaxation

We got the premium swim out suite and we were not happy with it at all. Our room only got 2 hours of sun and the pool was too cold to enjoy. Everything else about this resort is great. We will be back but later in the year and definitely a different room! They do not even try to honor room requests. Food and staff were excellent.

The rooms were dated and the bed was worn out - even after having it replaced with another bed it still was not great. Food at the resort was okay but definitely not a 5 star resort.

This was my first trip to Mexico! I loved the property and the beach was beautiful. All of the staff was so attentive and kind. I definitely want to come back. I will be telling friends and family about this resort.

Property is very clean, friendly staff and appreciate the hard work of the staff at all locations. Shout out to the team that cleans the beach in the mornings from the sarcasm.

I absolutely adored it here! The staff was amazing, so nice and respectful to me as I travelled alone. They made my birthday incredibly special and really put in so much effort to keep the resort pretty and clean. I will absolutely be back, Thank you to all the incredible staff who treated me well from the bar, spa, restaurants and room service.

Amazing location and delicious food

Very nice resort with vey friendly staff. The bartender Tebu at the bbq bar was awesome!! I would recommend getting with your personal concierge asap and make sure you understand charges and cancelation policies. Overall great resort and would definitely return

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this property and we absolutely LOVE IT!!! A HUGE SHOUTOUT to the Customer Service received prior to our arrival. We traveled with friends, and wanted to have rooms next to each other and located in a specific area of the resort and although they could not guarantee that our rooms would be in that specific location, we got what we wanted!!! Amazing staff throughout the entire resort and will definitely be back for the 4th time!! Thank you for an AMAZING week!!!

A lovely little slice of heaven. Very communicative, very clean, very relaxing, great drinks, awesome staff, beautiful beaches and sand, lots of daily activities and nightly entertainment if you want, massages on the beach, lots of dining options and all were very delicious! Their app is so user friendly and super handy. Lots of places to go for walks and the room was spacious and well-appointed. We stayed in the villa type area and our view was beautiful and private. This was our first time here - we talked to a handful of others who said this resort is the only one they come to now. Can't wait to go back!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at El Dorado - from the food, grounds, and activities to the staff, transportation, and spa services, it was all around a magical trip. The spa and hydrotherapy were among the highlights, especially the beach-side massage. And the grounds around the spa and history of Mayan culture were so beautiful and well cared for. Thank you so much for going the extra step to help us celebrate our anniversary by providing amazing decorations. We loved every second!

The most incredible stay. Beautiful and well maintained property, polite staff, clean public areas, great food choices. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Highly recommend!
