Perfect for our stay would have liked a swim but had to stay a minimum of 7 nights to use the facilities!

Staff was very professional. Check-in was easy. The flat was very nice. A/C worked wonderfully as it should, heated floors were pretty cool. The shower was great. Not a lot of shelf space/lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen had a basic outfitting of utensils and dishes and cups. The water and coffee were complementary. There was no dish towel or paper towels. The only complaint we had was the washer/dryer combo was not that efficient. It might have been operator error but I turned on the dryer 3 times for about 6hrs and clothes were still damp. So we asked the staff if they provided a laundry service. They said they could take care of it in which they did. However, what they didn’t tell us was that it was gonna be €79. Location was about three minutes from the tube station, which was also convenient. There were a variety of stores with a block to include restaurants and a market. Would recommend staying and would stay again.

There is a lot of noise outside and this has impacted a lot on the stay here and will not stay again due to the noise.

Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter.

Extremely happy with our stay here! Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Very clean!!! This location was very close to underground stations, bus stops, and even an overground line. We had no trouble with getting around London. Highly recommend this location! If we ever go back to London, we'll be back to Sanctum!

Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. It was amazing apartment. It’s such it a shame the staff weren’t helpful.

It's a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, approximately a 20-minute ride to central London by subway or taxi. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again in the future.

I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central.

Very big apartment with balcony. Great communication via whatsapp eg. For airport transfer, luggage storage. My daughter forgot her belongings and they keep it for later.

The apartments are good, location not that good also overpriced. Staff so friendly and helpful. Check out quite early at 11 where you can not check in before 3

I was so surprised on how clean and new the hotel was...was a wee bit scared because of price...but it was lovely! Bus stop right in front, store nearby, 2 excellent restraunats...it was so good! I would suggest they put some paper towels in kitchen and some washcloths would be nice..other than that..perfect!

Stayed for the weekend with our children age 4&5, clean bright and plenty of space with everything to self cater close to the tube kilburn park. Only suggestion would be some hooks for hanging coats, same for towels in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom! Otherwise brilliant place to stay

I thought we had booked a room with king sized bed, but we just a queen. Otherwise okay. Was plenty of room in the suite. Good location. Plenty of restaurants.

Overall, nice and professional staff. The surrounding area is grimy and felt a little unsafe especially after dark. The rooms are way over heated. Turning the heating down didn’t make any difference - stuffy and stale air.

I used to stay in this serviced apartment for the last 9 years unfortunately my last sat was not great the management are not helpful at all plus the cleaning service is very bad I stayed for 11 nights and they cleaned the place only twice plus you can’t ask for simple thing like tissue I will never recommend this place to my family and friends with the amount of the money I have paid I am sure I can find better places. Plus the area not safe any more .

Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place.

While it was nice to have the extra space of an apartment, the overall experience at Sanctum London Belsize Road Apartments was underwhelming. The amenities were quite basic—just four bottles of water in the fridge and nothing else. Parking was offsite and cost £28 per night, which added to the inconvenience. The bed was just okay, but there wasn’t much bedding, and the apartment didn’t feel particularly clean. Housekeeping came by to change the towels but didn’t make the bed or tidy up anything else. On top of that, they seemed very eager for us to leave—calling at 10:15 a.m. to remind us about checkout and then calling again at 11:05. At the end of our stay, they handed us a card inviting us to stay with them again, but honestly, we’re not interested. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The room is spacious. Facilities are pretty new. The staff need a little bit more training. One day there was no hot water in my room. Took a pretty long time to get it fixed.
