Lovely property for reasonable price. Conveniently located near the airport with multiple stores nearby for essentials and other items.

Nice,quite,clean, safe you only have access to your floor with hotel key,excellent customer service only inconvenient is transportation, no taxi service there and far away from city.

It was a good stay. Needs were comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Key card elevator access only. Daily complimentary coffee, tea, and water on Fiesta floor. Nice window views from hallway and rooms.

Convenient to airport, polite staff, and decent gym. Towels and sheets rough and no wash cloths in room.

Convenient and excellent customer service

Friendly and attentive staff. This is a modern hotel approximately 10 mins to the airport. Taxi one way to the airport cost me $300 pesos. The hotel is somewhat isolated from town and takes about 45 for an Uber ride to town. They have a good restaurant with great tasting food.

Location and superb attention

The hotel was fine. Clean restaurant food was good and the service at the restaurant was also good. Checking in the people are just distracted and not really paying attention to us. Checking out different story person at the desk was very hospitable really helpful and courteous !

All is good but there a few things that need updating fixed

This property is extremely unkept. The women who took our breakfast order was rude and very talkative to the kitchen staff and did not attend to us well. Very disappointed with this property. I was on the verge on requesting a refund but didn’t want to be there any longer so I just left
