Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, clean and cozy room newly renovated and decent size bathroom. Good enough for one or two nights stay.

Everything was great. Check in was pretty good, bed was nice and fluffy and comfortable. I didn't stay for too long but I did notice it was close to a lot of the town so if you are on a trip it's a 5 minute drive to a lot of things (aquarium, long island museum...). I would stay there again.

Always a quiet stay at greenview. Staff is polite and very quick with check in process. Rooms are very neat , modern household decor / renovated and looks more amazing

Nice place

Nice and clean! Good value. Property is getting a facelift. We stayed in the unfurnished room for value but it comfortable and clean!

I like that you are refurbishing the units but in room 252, the setup is weird the TV is on the table on the far right but the 2 beds point straight out to door, anf the only light in the is a table light.

I was pleasantly surprised. After reading the reviews, I was quite hesitant to stay there. But I was only staying for one night and I figured why not since the other hotels were so much more money. They are totally renovating the whole place. Stayed in a renovated room, totally gorgeous totally clean. Only thing I got the smallest room that they had. Which was quite small. No closet. If you go, I suggest that you ask for extra towels when you check in and bring your own pillows. Definitely worth it if you want someplace clean recently nice and don’t care that there’s not many amenities , definitely will go back.

You can definitely tell they’re in the process of renovating. With that being said though, everything was very clean. It was cosmetically rough (paint patches missing, painters tape left on the door, wooden trim lifting, small stuff like that). The only safety issue was the doors and windows. The front door shut the entire way, however, when you pushed on it you could see light easily from the outside. It was secure enough for us to just pile our suitcases and put a door stop on the inside to feel safe. The window, was not locked at all. And had no screen on it. We didn’t even notice until the morning when we opened the blinds. Other than that it wasn’t bad. We both felt safe, and felt staff was trying to improve the inn. I’d stay here again if I visit again.
