The location is amazing, just across the station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby (Donki as well)! Only the room is very small, like so small. Others are ok.

The location is very strategic in front of the station, the amenities are complete and can be picked up at the lobby, the side is large, the lobby is on the 4th floor, only a mistake occurred, booked 2 triple rooms, only detected 1 triple and 1 double, but Traveloka is very responsible and can communicate well with the hotel by email before check in

The hotel is right across from Nagano Station, so it's close by. Shopping at DonQ is also nearby, and dining at Midori is also nearby, and Midori's food is very affordable. There's a microwave and an ice machine, too. Amenities are complete.

The location is really near to the station. The breakfast food is superb and really fulfilling with enough options for us to choose. The room, although small, is really comfortable.

Very convenient location just across the JR Nagano Station. Room size is OK and spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 teenage kid (we booked the 3 beds room). There are plenty of food options around and you can book some restaurants via designated computer in the lobby. Breakfast is good and has sufficient options, I like how they change 1-2 menus every day so we don't get the same exact meals every single day.

This is probably the best 3-star hotel I ever visited in Japan in terms of service. Every staff seems to be very professional and friendly. The breakfast was also really nice. The location is right in front of Nagano station. It has a connecting gym with pay-per-visit that is quite affordable!

The triple room is large and clean.

The staffs was very helpful, only 3 min walk from Nagano Station, very near to family mart, Starbucks, 7/11, supermarket, many restaurants but the most important to us the room was clean and full with amenities.
