Great place

We stay at this hotel about every 6 months and visit family. We have always found the staff to be wonderful. The beer garden attached is an extra bonus. The hotel is ready for updates! The red velvet headboard was covered in visible dust. The AC is only on certain times of the year, so we slept with the window open which would be fine, except the street noise was loud every night. Sadly I also had a couple small items I was planning to take home with me go missing after a cleaning.

Good stay.

Located in the old town of Durlach, we had free parking on the street every night, right near the hotel. I've never been in a hotel where everything in the mini bar is complimentary ! Beer, water, soda, coffee, was free of charge, Prima! if you choose to decline housekeeping, they give you a 5 Euro gift card each day to spend at the bar. Nice touch. I did have to ask for a second blanket as the one in room was rather small. other than that, nice place, very Quiet, clean, and staff helped us find excursions.

Close to family. Also conveniently located, near tram station, restaurants, shopping - all within walking distance.

For all the reasons already noted, the hotel is the best! One exceptional plus: breakfast - it can be included, and we’re glad we did. By far, for variety, freshness- both hot and cold options- the hotel has the best breakfast this side of Paradise. Fantastic. Bar none. Two thumbs up- WAY up!

A lovely hotel, fresh and modern. Staff were great!

The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the train station. It is about 12 mins walk to the nearby supermarket. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nice.
