Location and beautiful rooms. Excellent service

Elegant room in a wonderful boutique property. We loved the charm and attention to detail. The location in Covent Garden was perfect for walking to everything we wanted. We found this on line and we’re not disappointed!

The entrance was on a blocked off street which was nice. The decor of the room was lovely and the amenities were great—robe, slippers, cookies delivered, complimentary water. The location was perfect and so close to Covent Gardens. Would definitely go back…

A delightful hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. My room was comfortable and spacious and the bed (especially the pillows) was very comfortable. The staff I interacted with were all helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Another great stay at the Henrietta. It’s so quiet and right in the heart of Covent Garden. The ambience is spot on, and we always have a great night sleep.

This wonderful boutique little hotel had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. We walked tot the theater in SoHo one night, to all the major tourist sites the next day. There are coffee shops and places to eat everywhere and the area is super lively at night but the room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only minor difficulty was lack of drawers and places to store things in the room but as each room is different, it may have just been in the room we stayed in.

This hotel is charming. Its unique old-timer feel is a fun experience. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly! The staff was exceptional. My stay was a last minute decision and I am glad I stumbled upon this hotel.

Loved the large bathroom. The room was very good, with almost no noise from the pedestrian only street. Which in turn is a problem as taxis can not access the front of the hotel. Great to be close to Covent Garden.

Great boutique hotel in the perfect location. Staff, including Clementine and Sebastian were outstanding!!

This is a cute boutique hotel with some nice personal touches such as turn down service, and homemade biscuits. The room was a bit small for two people traveling for two weeks with luggage but we made it work. Hotel is close to many local sites, but would caution that Covent Gardens is very noisy and bustling with locals and tourists. You may want to reach out to staff in advance to understand room options if noise is a concern. The last time I had visited Covent Gardens was pre COVID and was in the fall and it was not nearly as chaotic. While we did not eat in the restaurant, the menu and staff appeared to be friendly and the selection very good.

Excellent property! Staff is above and beyond. Great location, you can walk anywhere and have plenty of options for restaurants, pubs, museums, and all of it.
