Good things-good location near central station, cleaning is very nice, staff at breakfast room are friendly. However, room is quite old-hair dryer does'nt work. Also, water dispensers are out of service in every floor without water providing in a room.

Clean and nice room. Good location from the station. Can be reached by walk with your suitcase. Its quite near.

Good location for short stay in Milan. Close to Milan's Central Train Station and also Milan's Shuttle Bus Stop to and from Malpensa Airport or Linate. In other words, transportation routes are easy. Close to Halal food for traveling Muslim. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. A hot water dispenser is provided outside the room. Very impressed with the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. We were given an early check in without additional payment. Will come back to stay here if you go to Milan.

The hotel is close to Milan Central Station, approximately 5 minutes walk, friendly staff and good breakfast, warm and comfortable rooms.

I check in at 11.30 and i go to my room is very hot and i go to reception tell them to fixed it. At night i come back at 22.10 and check the Room aircon is still not working, the reception is very rude and not responsible. just say all room is fully occupied and told to me just to open the window or contact booking site to relocate me to other hotel. How could i find a hotel in midnight? very not responsible with the guest. At 23.10 come another reception, he directly give me another room that they have with the aircon is working. Bad service, rude, and not responsible for the reception and lie to us that no more room available and making us waiting so long.
