Clean, friendly service, easy access, easy to get everywhere

I like the quality of the rooms here. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing and eating. There was a little confusion when checking in, but I reported it to the staff and was immediately given the room I wanted. It took a bit of effort but I was satisfied.

The hotel is good, the wifi is smooth, the water is smooth, it's ok for a price under 300, the hotel staff is also friendly.

Everything was dirty. The room was dirty, the sheets and pillowcases were covered in black mold. I couldn't sleep. I had to change hotels and lost money. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. Argued with the guest. The check-in process took 30-45 minutes. The receptionist was a black man with a beard, very rude and had an unacceptable attitude. This hotel should be blacklisted on booking sites. The experience was terrible.

Hard pillows, hard mattress, asking for the room to be cleaned but not cleaned, the TV remote doesn't work, for a 3 star hotel there are no toothbrushes, that's really strange...

Too many mosquitoes in the room, there are quite a lot of Indians in this area.

The aircond was leaking, let me know that I didn't stay and didn't come to the room. The mirror near the toilet is crazy dirty. Take the queen but the room is very small. The TV didn't come on straight away.

Kami sangat terkesan dengan hotel ini, dengan harga yang murah tanpa breakfast (Rp420.000/rm 122 termasuk pajak harian), kami stay 3 malam. - Front Office ramah & cukup membantu sekalipun sempat ada kendala antara hotel & app (saya booking & payment 6 bulan sebelumnya, sistem trouble), tidak lebih dari 15 menit, kami sudah bisa masuk kamar. - Kamar ukuran medium untuk family 1 bed double & 1 bed single, AC cukup dingin, televisi 32 inch siaran lokal, kulkas mini, pemanas air minum, colokan cukup banyak di kamar (5 titik), hairdryer, handuk 3 set, air panas shower serta jet washer untuk toilet (ini sangat membantu kami) - Tanpa diminta setiap hari pembersihan kamar & sampah, penggantian semua handuk & refill kondimen (air minum botol, kopi, gula, krim) - Bukan di jalan utama sehingga hotel sangat tenang untuk istirahat. - Akses strategis: beli makanan & supermarket (50-100 m), go kl halte Kotaraya (250 m), Petaling Street (350-400 m), Central Market (600-650 m). Overall: sangat worth it, poin 9/10, great job.

Be careful with this hotel. Some of the officers are dishonest. I left a deposit of RM300 in denominations of 6 sheets @RM50, when checking out I was returned 4 sheets @RM50 and 1 sheet of RM100 with the condition that the RM100 sheet was torn and had holes. When I asked for an exchange, they insisted it was my money and there was no officer to exchange it. I also insisted that I ask to check the CCTV but there was no response. New incident today. I checked in for November 24'23, entered on the 25th around 1 am, checked out November 26 at 8 am. Please take action against naughty officers from management. And I felt very disadvantaged because the RM100 I got was difficult to spend because it was damaged.

Clean & Convenient. I booked 1 day before and reach there more then 9 pm. Not far walking from train station

The receptionist is very helpful, the room is clean but smells cigarette ' s smokes.
