Bad evening staff.

We stayed here in the past and enjoyed it, but this last visit was a very different experience. Our room was dirty (white smears on the walls), profanity carved into the kids’ bunk bed, and a general smell and feeling of uncleanliness. We’ll be staying elsewhere in the future.

Great place to stay as always. Room decor is very cute. This time the sink in the bathroom was very tiny which was a bit inconvenient but overall a very comfortable stay. The new rooftop bar Byrd House is great addition. The view from there is amazing and the place has a great vibe.

The valet parking is a bit pricey but excellent service, courteous, responsive, and very prompt to fetch your car.

This was our second time staying st Richmond Graduate, and it was still a great experience! Check-in was pleasant and easy, the room was spotless, and comfortable, and the location is fantastic (near downtown and only a few miles from one of the most unique areas of Richmond, Carytown.

Rooms are on the worn side but you can't argue with the location

For a Hilton I was surprised in the condition. Old rugs, and running toilets. Just did not smell fresh and clean. We did eat at the only restaurant inside the facility .The food and service was very good. We appreciated the front end team on reassigning us to an adequate substitute to our original room. For the location , not a very safe area to walk ,especially in the evening. Most stores looked like they have been closed for sometime. This hotel is a place to go if you were driving through and needed to spend a night. Nothing was that horrible just basic and needs a good update. Staff was caring and wanted to do the best possible.

The bathroom has a tiny sink with no place to even put a toothbrush. There are not enough outlets conveniently placed for a hair dryer/flat iron. There isnt even a shelf in the bathroom, just the tiny sink. There was definitely room for a vanity, not sure why anyone would design a bathroom like this.

It was great! The parking is valet only, just FYI.

hostess' were awesome and very helpful

This property provided a very nice stay for me and my daughter. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were decorated in such a fun way and were clean.

This property didn’t live up to the other fantastic Graduate locations.
