Pleasant stay

The staff were so kind and pleasant. The cafe within the hotel was so delicious and affordable. Also, the room was beautiful and felt like a luxury hotel.

Best hotel in our trip to Korea. Every thing was execlent - the room, large bed, hot tub, great location, very helpfull stuff. We tried to book this hotel again because we still were in the area, but unfortunaly it was fully booked.

Staffs were great! The room was not clean enough. The coffee cups were not cleaned and the towels were not clean enough. However, the swimming pool was great!

This hotel mentions air-con facility on the website. However, the air-con was locked when we checked in the room. The staff explained it was winter so they locked the air-con until current still no one maintained and cleaned up the filter. This is the first time heard such ridiculous excuse. They are totally not a proper hotel and didn’t have basic facilities. Even later we complained to the reception that the room was too stuffy n warm as the temperature was 28 degree. So finally they sent a guy who came in and removed the very dirty filter. That guy straightway tried to clean in our room. We were totally shocked how come such terrible service. In the room, there got cracked mirror and clear glass face to the outside just right next to the shower. So it wasn’t covered by anything and outside can see the shower.

I can't sleep whole night because there was construction work making a noise the whole night!!

バスターミナルからも近く、歩いていけました。 朝食もよかったのですが、日曜日にやってなかったのが残念でした。 部屋には毎日水が3本ついていて、アメニティもじゅうじつしていました。 バスタブもついていました。
