Ok place. Clean enough but no maid service my first night. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

The room and bed were very comfortable.

Spacious room and beautiful view. Easy to access outdoor spaces and quick elevator. The happy hour was a pleasant experience and welcoming after our drive.

Our credit card was swiped at check in and the girl explained it was just for incidentals. Then we got our credit card bill and received a $75 charge for a pet fee. I feel we should have been told they were going to charge us a pet fee at check in. There was no mention of this.

We were there for the State Track meet. Great location with bars and restaurants wishing walking distance. Only a 15 minutes drive to Drake Stadium. Hotel is clean, very well maintained, and a great value for the price. Just FYI there are no ice machines, but they have complementary bags of ice that you can grab at any time in the snack area. We will definitely stay here again next year.

One of my favorite places to stay in West Des Moines. Outdoor hot tub is nice.

Very clean room. We loved the pillows and bedding, super comfy but not too warm. My only issue was having thick hair and no good shower water pressure

Bed were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Hotel internet was slow and unresponsive most of the time. Staff were very kind and courteous

Element was very nice and very clean. Our bed pillows were very comfortable. Just a couple of issues. The TV was very difficult to change or find something to watch.
