Pros: Luxurious decor, furniture in good condition, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, attentive staff service during breakfast, efficient room service, free water and snacks, fitness center available. Cons: The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, with construction areas along the way, but shuttle service is readily available. The price is affordable.

The rooms here are very clean and comfortable with a good view. Buffet breakfast was good, and I tried the dinner at this restaurant. I tried the sturgeon, the taste was fantastic.

Friendly, cute staff. Nice, clean room. Delicious buffet, diverse dishes. Super nice balcony view. Can see Muong Hoa ship 1 small suggestion: the housekeeping staff should wash the glass that the guest used and put it back in its original place, throw away the can that the guest used

Aira Hotel is a place worth visiting when coming to Sapa, everyone, friendly staff, room with mountain view, top of Chop. Will definitely come back to Aira if I come back to Sapa.
