Todo muy bonito y limpio un hotel lleno de jardines muy bonitos y muy amable todo su personal Súper agradable hotel

El hotel me gustó mucho pero las habitaciones muy malas, parecen de un hotel de 3 estrellas. Una de las albercas totalmente descuidad, no hay servicio ni toallas en la alberca. Las camillas muy sucias y descuidadas

Beautiful grounds, incredible customer service and working AC. This is a site for large events ( weddings, XV, etc).

The service was not efficient enough for the price you pay. Also the amenities were very limited.

Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates. Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that "usually the guests steal them...". Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

Beautiful gardens, good service, acceptable food. To NOISY when they use the vacuum to blow the leaves.
