Great hotel! Clean and cute. Ribella is a very nice person, let us leave our bags after check out for a few hours. The area is good, close to the main street and all the attractions of the city. We had a great time, thank you!!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Took a cab there from the airport and paid a lot for the trip. Hotel ordered us a cab for the return and paid a fraction of the price and had a very helpful driver

Quiet room comfortable bed. Kind and helpful hostess. Good breakfast with much variety. Central location in central city area. Good transportation. Alibus to and from airport 4€ person each way.

Beautiful suite, difficult getting in at first but it was late 11:30 pm. Very helpful , great sleep loved the shower, made a mess with water. Would stay again

We stayed here for one night to catch our flight home the next morning. Check-in was simple, clear instructions were given. Texts and emails are not always immediately returned, and their information states it could take several days to get a response. The rooms are nice, we had very little air conditioning so we were quite uncomfortable. More road noise than I expected. Close to airport

The staff was very accommodating and helped with all of our needs. They are such wonderful people and go above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

The property was clean and quiet. The Breakfast selection was awesome - a great variety of cheese, meats and fruits. The host was extremely helpful with an overnight parking space and directing us to the airport for our early departure.

Great overnight stay to accommodate our family of 5. Close to several restaurants and markets. The breakfast was amazing!!!

Property is an easy walk out of the city passed the park and gardens down the main streets. The bus from the airport (via the bus station) goes passed the front door (ask for 'Viale'). It's clean spacious and modern inside. Check in was unmanned and easy. The only issue is that the windows (/balcony doors) are single glazed and the road gets really noisy from 6am with people using horns. They also empty bins and glass into refuse trucks around midnight! If there was a bit more soundproofing then I'd have no problem giving more stars!

Staff Was not available all the time. Very restricted breakfast choice and support. In the night nobody was available at front desk.

We were happy with our stay and our room was exactly as advertised, would highly recommend.

Internet doesn’t work and reception closes early to fix it

Put in a room with a toilet that is constantly flushing, main aircon not working AND the split system that was installed in the room didn’t work and clearly needed a service. The Main Street was so noisy that we heard sirens all night and people screaming. It was hotter and stuffier inside than out, it was not comfortable to sleep in there at all. Our young family slept with cold towels over us to try and cool down! Although the breakfast was small in options, it was the only highlight of our stay. The croissants were delicious. Thank you, however we will not be returning back.
