Not hotel, just guest house. The space very small. Bed and anything not clean. Staff can't solve the problem. Slow response staff and facility not complete.

I had experience stay here for 6 days. This is not like a hotel as usual. This is like a guest house or apartment. The room not to big. But I would highly recommend this hotel to every backpacker traveler. The Hotel's location is in a strategic location, so you can go anyplace easier and faster.

The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, able to speak in English. However, the room was to small for family, and the toilet was not in good condition.

The room did not match the picture, beyond our expectations.

Not according to estimates, when my husband and I checked in, it should have been in sky view, but passed to skylark. OK, we understand that they might be 1 management, but it's really far from our expectations. There is no dispenser or free refill drink for guests, even if it is written only for employees, there is also no microwave. Really disappointed, access to the hotel was very difficult. We have to go to the elevator block first and it's on the top floor. My advice is if you want to stay on a mediocre budget in the area of tsim sha tasui, don't choose the chungking mansion area because there are a lot of people below. That's all

Not good! The smell of the entrance is not enticing! Room is too small for family. Pictures posted in inviting and yet, was not the one we’re expecting!
