Clean room, nice view, friendly staff

Nice view, clean room, good reception service

I stayed for one night, i put a special request for my room that should be non smoking and prefer in high floor, but then I checked in, i got room in second floor, the room was spacious for someone who traveling with 2 luggages like me, and when i open the room, i smell like the room is so humid, i makes me need to open the window and spray some perfume all over the room, and when I’m about to sleep, me, my mom and my brother feel itchy when sleep on the bed🥲

The staff is very friendly..most people in Sapa are friendly and hospitable..the room is like the picture, clean, beautiful view..suitable for couples..near the center..in general, there are no 10 points but..if there is a chance, I will come back

It's actually good. The balcony directly faces Mount Fansipan. But because of the fog, it's not visible. Too bad. But overall it's good🫶🏼

Very very good, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, they provide recommendations for activities and surrounding locations, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with views of the Muong Hoa Valley, very impressive and I want to stay there again.

The mountain view is very beautiful, from here you can see the city and mountains, the fog even flows into the room. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and laundry shops around.

Small clean room with airy view. Impressed with the receptionist, enthusiastic, simple and very dedicated to the guests. Will come back.

Strategic location near the city center, there are vehicle rental facilities too

The lady recepionist is totally helpful, we asked for taxi and the fare from hotel. We also asked for activity details in several famous tourist sites and she was explaining dilligently.

The staff is really friendly, keep asking where we wanna go and offers their taxi service to go around the town. I can't see mountain view because the fog cover this all area.

The staffs were very friendly. We arrived 6 am in the morning and were allowed to rest, take a bath, and leave our luggage.

Resepsionisnya ramah-ramah, lokasinya memang agak jauh dari sapa station kalau jalan kaki sekitar 10mnt, tapi untum harga worth dan kamar bersih, suka sekali, 💯 recommend.

The scenery is perfect, you can enjoy it from your bedroom while lay down on your bed. The receptionis (name: Phai) is very friendly and always give help when you need it. She can speak english, it is one of important thing for us as a foreigner.

Saya sangat suka dengan kamar hotel ini sangat bangus dengan pemandangan pegunungan dan lampu-lampu yang indah pada malam hari. Repso sangat ramah dan sangat membantu kami ketika tiba di hotel dan belum bisa check in. Kami bisa minta tolong apa saja dan di bantu dengan ramah.
