We arrived with a car and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. Hotel itself walking distance to all sites. Wish we could remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in as he was fantastic! He even wished one of the party a Happy Birthday on the check-out the next day. Fabulous service. The pool area was lovely and the room was perfect. Breakfast was a buffet style and plentiful.

Despite only staying one night, I have a lot of positive things to say about this hotel. The customer service was spot on, staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated but that didnt bother me at all. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Conplimentary welcome drink and sweet treats were a great gesture. An excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in a good location - only a short walk to the medina. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I had a short stay but it was great. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Even helped me arrange a car to El Jem and Sfax. It was an easy walk to the medina. Highly recommend.

Great one-night stay. Secure, with off-street parking. Was warmly welcomed by the staff at check-in. Very comfortable reception and bar area. Nice room. Large pool area. It’s doubtful that there is a nicer or larger hotel in Kairouan.

Welcome juice and with Tunisian sweets called Makroud. Wonderful big room with a good view and balcony. Amazing breakfast buffet and friendly staff, nice swimming pool and reasonable price.

Good location, easy to find and close to all tourist points

Overall a very nice place to stay. The reason for the low cleanliness score is that there was hair all over the floor and stuck to the rugs in the room. The bathtub also had a couple large clumps of hair in it. Other than that, I would certainly return.

The cleaners are very noisy, there is no chance of continuing your sleep after 11am when they start cleaning the nearby rooms. Also, one of the staff just entered my room without even knocking and I had the red 'Do not disturb' card hanged on my door. Otherwise the hotel is nice, staff are helpful and the rooms are good and well equipped.

This hotel is awesome in every way. Staff are amazing... They are helpful, cheerful, and very professional. The room was larger than I expected. Very clean and tastefully decorated, over looking their beautiful pool and grounds. Easy walk to all attractilon. But there are plenty of taxis if you don't want to walk. Restaurant serves delicious and huge meals. Too much food for me in one sitting so took some back for a late night snack. It was yummy!
