A bit noisy outside but convenient to the Luton Bus station for the airport

Can’t fault it. Busy hotel but run smoothly by the attentive staff. From the reception to the catering and cleaners. I had a clean comfortable room and the breakfast team worked hard to keep the buffet stocked during a very busy time.

The rooms were dirty, bathtub black, sheets were somehow oily and scratchy at the same time with the paper thin pillow. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had and I’m in the military I’m used to dog food. It appeared to be bread shaped into egg and sausage shaped food. The morning staff would ignore you for the simplest of questions. The only good thing about the hotel was the night staff who greeted us were friendly.

Centrally located in the town centre and near railway station. Nice clean room, Wi-Fi, comfortable and excellent complimentary breakfast.

100 pound for 2 nights. Not to bad. Single room on 9th floor. Only one working lift to ages to get up and down. Although free coffee downstairs. Tea making facilities in the room would of been useful especially as a disabled person. Breakfast was free. Not bad for the price however not enough seating i ate my breakfast stood up. Also be aware of car park charges. 10 pounds a night unless you have blue badge. Honest the hotel needs some investment. Carpets need to be clean. Probably wouldn't stay again.

I love it

A great welcome when checking in. The staff had a lot thrown at them and they managed beautifully. Both coffee machines giving up on the same day one of the lifts broke down and a large group of overseas visitors arrived. They arranged hot water for drinks and the kitchen staff worked really hard keeping the buffet stocked. My double room was large and comfortable

Lovely Hotel, I cant fault it, other than the breakfast was limited. Great value, bed perfect and the staff were brilliant.

Helpful staff helped us get to our early morning flight and even with a some snacks since we couldn't make it to their breakfast.

The place was dirty and run down. The breakfast was terrible especially the eggs.

Bed was average, the food did not look nice in the slightest. The room was quite rundown and the handle in the bathroom was broken. The plug drain was dirty and the sink plug was stuck in and unable to get out so when washing your hands, it will take over an hour for the water to drain out. All night u could hear other people playing music and the environment surrounding the hotel is not nice either. The place is surrounded by youths all smoking and drinking whilst listening to music and swearing. You do not feel safe at all in this hotel, practically just waiting for something to happen. Will not recommend at all, especially if you are a family with kids. Also the switch was broken for the light switch so only one would work.

Great location. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. First impression of reception was modern and clean. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

Wondwrful staff. I arrived at night very tired. Staff made me instantly welcome, still smiling and polite despite the hour. Explained everything about breaksfast, free coffee etc. Room very comfortable and slept well. Breakfast: there was plenty as well as many staff to ensure fully stocked and dirty plates removed. Checkout was quick and again done with a smile. The price for this hotel in the town centre was cheaper than those nearer the airport but still close by. And breakfast was included whereas most of the others charge extra, making the value even better. I was not expecting much out of the hotel based on the price and was very pleasantly surprised. Quality was very good, but the key point has to be the staff. They are a credit to the hotel.
