Rooms are unkept Staff are very rude and impudent. On one incidence, a receptionist came to my room 516 to bang with loud sound, not knock at the door because she did not check their system that I am not due to check out, because I extended my stay with another 1 day despite having stayed for 2 weeks. I saw and heard other occupant complaining at the reception when I was checking and decided not to involve myself with their breakfast Parking is not applicable to me. My experience has not been a good one

Room was exceptionally clean nice comfy bed only down fall was no tea or coffee in room but there was free tea and coffee in the reception which you could take back to your room and considering it was bang in the centre of town it was very quiet

Great gotel in the centre of Luton, and very near the train station which was a bonus Would definitely use again

Everything was excellent, especially considering the price. The only slight issue was I couldn't find the bathroom light, it's supposed to come on automatically around the mirror but didn't for me.

We stayed overnight for a concert Sunny on reception was so friendly and helpful. We had a late flight home the following day and were able to store our bags so we could head out into London for the day. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was very good with the room being clean The only thing that let it down was not tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms

The room was hot and stuffy, there is no aircondioning - you get a fan but this just moves the hot air around. Because there is a lot of noise at night in the area around the hotel opening the window is not useful. The late afternoon receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is an easy walk from the train and bus station. I left too early for breakfast.

Best hotel to stay before a flight. Near the train or bus to the airport, private and clean room, nice breakfast and nice staff that helped with everything

Friendly staff who were more than happy to help. Room was nice and clean. Parking in library road is difficult through the day, as the carpark gets full as busy times. Would of scored higher only sat eating breakfast looking a huge cobweb in the corner (see photo)

Terrible accommodation

Very nice staff. Hotel basic and functional.

We were pleasantly surprised at just how good this budget hotel was. Decent sized room with everything we needed, except air conditioning although a fan was provided. Had to keep window closed as it was quite noisy outside. Reception staff on arrival (very late) was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for a quick stopover after a flight. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast. The cooked options were not of good quality. Odd tasting beans and tinned mushrooms were unpleasant. However that aside it was decent.

A little worn down now needs a refurb
