Thank you for the service at the Maden Hotel. The food was delicious and suited Indonesian tastes. Next time I visit Medina, I'll book a hotel here, as it's close to Nabawi.

A pleasant experience, and the location is also very strategic. This is one of my dream hotels. It just takes a while to check in.

Recommend hotel. The room is spacious, the cashier is quite big, clean, the staff is friendly... only the breakfast menu is the same every day 🥲.

(1) the check in process is very long for almost 1 hour. (2) ask for connecting rooms and 1 floor not given. (3) the voucher is not valid for reasons not yet paid and we have to pay first. (4) from the beginning of entry until now, tv & wifi & telephone rooms cannot be used. (5) there have been 3 complaints but not responded.
