The beds were fine except for the pullout that was shot and Gross. The breakfast was nothing special, just the usual warm up food. Staff are nice but when made aware of the issue with the pullout bed, nothing was done and the carpet needed cleaned. I would still stay there again. I do feel bad for the staff because they allow pets but the some of the pet owners are not cleaning up after they puddle.

Great room, kids loved the water park. Good place to stay to get outdoors and have fun at a water park.

The restaurant by the water park was really good. My kids loved the water slides and lazy river.

My stay was very welcome, we decided to stay another night but I want to stay in same room if all possible?

Loved having easy access to the Waterpark! The rooms were spacious and clean.

Super comfortable bed, clean, breakfast included, water park passes included with extras to share, friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced.

The receptionist were very professional & courteous. The towels were terrible. Very old & rough on skin. The breakfast was ok but could improve on choices especially fresh fruit It was cold out & the out door fire pit did not work during a 10 day stay which was very disappointing for ourselves & many other guests.

The staff at Home2 Suites Hilton Rapid City were by far the best I have ever encountered at all the Hilton’s I have ever stayed in. That ranges both home2 suites in other cities and Hilton Garden Inns in various other cities. They were quick to turn tables around at breakfast time as it gets very busy bustling tourist trying to get going on their day to Mt Rushmore and nearby attractions. We never sat at an able or chair that were dirty or sticky from syrup as we have had to in other Hiltons. Also they were kind to provide water to us as Gold Member.

This was a great location for our visit since it was in the center of all the places we wanted to visit. The staff (especially Josh at the front desk) was extremely helpful and I appreciated his prompt actions for what we needed. The breakfast had lots of really good options to eat and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The services are outstanding but the cleanliness of the room receives a failure rating. The beds are clean but the carpet and bathroom are dirty. I am not sure how house keeping missed a dirty underwear behind????

Fantastic

The staff was friendly, and the property was clean, and well-equipped. The hotel is centrally located, and conveniently near restaurants and stores. Additionally, the daily breakfast and hotel-attached water park were impressive additions. The only notable dissatisfaction were the pillows, which were uncomfortably soft for my liking, Overall great hotel experience, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Liked the big room with bedroom. Breakfast area could use more seating. Access to waterpark was great.

The hotel was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was subpar, and felt like an afterthought so I would recommend making other plans there. We loved the waterpark, and it was super convenient!

Little trouble with internet

It easy parking. When i checked in, front desk was very friendly and helped with any questions i had.
