Rooms were clean

Very clean, professional staff!

Room was clean and tidy with a balcony. Would be better with just a shower rather than shower over bath. Aircon was good.Breakfast was good but could do with more fruit available. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location couldn’t be better.

There surely are other good options in Galati, but for me the option is Faleza by Vega. Very helpful and friendly staff Large and comfortable room with river view Luggage storage room is a nice plus And of course their great breakfast, with many options to choose from, even if one has some dietary restrictions. Very clean and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast and staff. The view and walk along the Danube river definitely will call you to come again. “Precista” church is on another asset of the area,

Their rooms are very large and the price is good. They also have a fantastic restaurant on-site. So what is the problem? The room's AC unit wasn't working in July. It was horrible. The room got extremely hot and they refused to do anything about it. Instead, they insisted a window must have been open in the room and said they have sensors disabling the AC unit if it thinks a window is open. What sort of insanity is that??? I had no open window. They would not even go to the room to see. I would not stay at Faleza again even if the rooms were free.

I liked the location of this hotel, and the restaurants around, the view is amazing at the Danoub. I did not like the bathroom equipment like soap and shampoo.

Location is excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities are good. Everything was to our satisfaction.

I liked the view. There was dust on the tv and the table, a deeper clean would be appreciated.

There was a problem with the check-in. The hotel is a bit outdated. In weekend they have events so try to get a room higher then the first floor.

Nice people however: A. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly and after reporting it multiple times it wasn’t fixed. B. No black tea, tea bags in the room. Asked for it and promised to get one but didn’t happened. C. Loud disco dance music in the restaurant for breakfast. Asked to change it to something more tranquil with no joy. D. Eggs in the buffet breakfast were cold.

I wasn't at hotel because my mom passed away two days before.
