Location is superb right by harbor.. lots of narrow small stairs to our room on 3rd floor in roof. Room was airless even with windows open… breakfast was great however supervisor was pretty unfriendly and basically kicked us out right at 10am… don’t expect any frills…

Great place to stay, fantastic location right on the quayside with amazing views over the whole harbour. The room was lovely with great touches such as a postcard, a large local info and history guide, coffee maker, luxury toiletries, modern large bathroom with excellent power shower and to top it off, beautiful views over the harbour from our room. A really good breakfast menu is included with your stay including a full English breakfast, pastries, cereal, strawberries and yoghurt plus other choices such as Eggs Royale or Eggs Benedict or pancakes with bacon, maple syrup, strawberries and blueberries. There is no parking at the hotel so we parked in the Main Car Park at the top of Fowey, it cost £11 for 24 hours. The Caffa Mill car park is cheaper at £7 for 24 hours but we'd already bought our ticket. The views from the Main car park are beautiful and it is next to Fowey Hall which is worth a quick visit. There is a shuttle bus from the car park down in to Fowey and back up again which runs every 20 mins, this is very useful on a hot day or when you are carrying heavy bags up to the car park. You also get a mini tour on the shuttle bus of the amazing houses on the hillside looking down on to the harbour. Our stay was wonderful and I'd recommend a visit to Fowey and a stay at the Haveners.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is superb, right on the estuary and next to the ferry to Polruhan. The staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Havener's is a cute and well-maintained hotel / bed & breakfast. Maybe not worth four stars but nevertheless very nice.

A fab location right on the Town Quay with a view of the harbour is amazing and the room was so lovely and must be relatively recently renovated.

We had a great stay at Haveners. Lovely room- well decorated with everything we needed. Hospitality tray perfect, high quality toiletries. View along to The Ship Inn gave a real cornish feel. We were delighted with the quality and options for breakfast. The lovely waitress who served us was warm, efficient and friendly. Perfect location in the centre of Fowey, on the river.

AMAZING!!! A beautiful, very clean boutique hotel with a prime location in Fowey. The staff were friendly and helpful from the waiting staff to the barmaid to the housekeeper. A clear passion for the business that they are a part of. The food was exceptional I only wish we had a longer stay so we will have to come again. Thank you for the stay and keep doing what you do it’s done to a high standard.

This was our second year here, due to the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, the quality of the food and the location. You can do as much or as little as you like using this as a base. We just love the ambience of the whole area. We did trips by car, train, boat, bus as well as feet. Would visit again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
