Absolutely loved, unfortunately booked through hotel.com who only mention outdoor balcony rooms so assumed getting that but got inside room, nenerless still fantastic, couldn’t ask for more helpful staff

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated that my room was ready before check-in since I arrived early in the morning. The room was clean, well-organized, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee and the items in the fridge. Even though I only stayed for two nights, I truly enjoyed my time. The location is amazing—so close to everything! Check-out was quick and easy, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely love to come back, this time with my family :)

We stayed one night and the room was clean. Staff was wonderful. Made our short trip a pleasant one.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. Location was absolutely perfect, literally in front of the Royal palace, plenty of places to eat. My only complaint is that the breakfast is not included in the price and you have like 3 options.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and polite, especially Alina who welcomed us before we even got there... Breakfast downstairs was very good value and tasted great so recommend it. Rooms were exactly as described and very comfortable

Couldn't ask for a better location. Right across the road from the royal palace and a metro station just round the corner. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay here and if I was to return to Madrid for another holiday I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Hotel is in a beautiful and excellent location. Best thing about the place! Next was the staff…very friendly, accommodating, attentive. Our room was huge and looked like it had been recently remodeled to suit a family or longer stay; there was kitchenette with a high table and stools, a sink and cabinets with some kitchen-type items but no stove. Although the bathroom was modern and very clean, it was oddly tiny compared to the main room. And we had a single window in the corner that looked down into the atrium, so the room was just dark. Other than those quirks, we enjoyed our stay.
