Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, the noise from the hallway and lobby could be heard in the room, which was disruptive at night. The pool is very nice, just a bummer closes early.

Melia Palma Bay offers a first class experience and accommodations. The stay was polite and efficient.

Great location for outer Palma; close, but not too close, to the airport. Terrace rooms are shared with pool area, which wasn’t entirely clear when booking. However, it www a very pleasant experience overall and amazing view of Palma.

Nice hotel been back three times The check in and queues at reception seem long and are not quick too many towels left on the seats at the pool with noone on them

This was our second stay at Melia Palma Bay. We particularly liked the quiet environment and food of The Level on Planta 3, and the pool area. Thank you for taking good care of us!
