Decided to stay here because they had a swimming pool but when checking in, found out pool was closed to work on it! Could start breakfast earlier too, I had to be on road before breakfast opened up!

Besides the fan in the A/C unit starting to make noise, and the TV volume not going over a whisper the property was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Delicious cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

Great place to stay

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Bed was comfy.

We were there for a sports tournament Staff was very accommodating with the late night parents

Clean quiet room!

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chadron was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always willing to help with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home. In addition to the cleanliness and staff, the comfort of the rooms was another highlight. The beds were very comfortable and allowed me to rest peacefully after a long day. I also appreciated the extra amenities, such as the complimentary breakfast and indoor pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

There was hair in the bottom of my bed so feels like the bedding did not get changed.

The property was vert comfortable and friendly.

The home we purchased had no water so we quickly booked our 2 day stay. We were treated well and had a wonderful.stay.

The rooms we stayed in were very large, had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The beer kegerator in the lobby was a nice feature. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

Staff was very helpful! We did not use much if the facility because we were there for an event and not at hotel much except to sleep.

Nice rooms

The floor in the entry to our room looked filthy. The room was cold upon arrival and we had to blast the heat to try to warm it up. The carpets in main area needed vacuumed. We checked in only a few hours after check-in starts but had to wait a while for someone to appear. The pool was freezing cold, not heated or heater was broken, might as well have been an outdoor pool in winter. The pool room itself was gross/dirty and not what I expected for the nightly rate. We won't be staying here again.

The lady that worked the breakfast was such a sweet woman. She was working so so hard to keep up with the large crowd as it was graduation there at chadron state college. And even though she was swamped … and doing this all by herself… she still stayed so friendly and inviting. She was genuinely our favorite part of our stay. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Wonderful, friendly staff. And overall the stay was only ok. The bed was simply terrible. Squeaky, lumpy, and I could feel the springs. The rest was fine, it was clean and as quiet as you can ask of a hotel on a holiday break.
