The resort was amazing and the staff was wonderful. They would meet you with a warm greeting every day and would always make themselves available. Diana, Gabriel, Brisa and Roberto gave wonderful recommendations for excursions, providing the utmost detail so nothing would catch us by surprise. Since we had children in our party, our concern was their safety and enjoyment, to which these four ensured we were properly informed of. Overall a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff wasn’t as hands on as I would have liked. So if you looking to get good service and drinks everytime you look up this is not the place to be. After check in you are set to find your own way around there is no direction given which also made it worse. I have been to better all inclusive where the staff seem happy to have you . O and room with balcony ocean view but no patio furniture. Food was horrible

I had a great stay celebrating my 35th birthday. All of the staff Diana Concierge, Gabriel, Brissa & Roberto are TOP NOTCH and all deserve raises. They help me book fun events and answered all of the questions I had.

Excellent customer service. The resort was very beautiful. The food was great.

This place was whatever tbh. It has a high score because they literally make you put 5 stars. When you’re checking out, they don’t let you leave until they watch you put 5 stars. I wish o was joking.

Pool closes super early at 8

I only like how the pools looks from the balcony of our room. The foods was horrible. Japanese restaurant is no bueno. Service was horrible. Don’t think we will ever return. Only stay one night because I came from Paradisus hotel due to flight changes. And just need another night decided to go cheap. Well I get cheap and kids screaming alright!

Brissa and Diana from the concierge were amazing and so helpful! They made dinner arrangements for us each night, scheduled a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I and even gave us a last minute late checkout. All the staff was wonderful from the bartenders Manuel and Mariela, to the wait staff Julian. All the restaurants were delicious. We felt so taken care of. It was an amazing trip. Will 100% come back.

The advantage plan/upgrade with the private pools were not worth it. Pools not kept, mold. Most of the 5 restaurants they advertise are not open. Some nights only 2 were open. Buffett was limited and also not open some nights for dinner. Take a bite had no food to offer except a few old muffins. Several restaurants food was not good at all. We left several restaurants and had no where else to eat. Locals come in wed/thurs/fri so others don’t get much service at all. Reservations are moved down the list even if placing earlier. Won’t be back- we stayed 7 days No shuttle service without a fee $100 cab ride too and from airport for 2 people

The property was nice and clean, the staff were warm and accommodating, and the beds comfortable. The food at the restaurants was mediocre, and I would have liked to have seen more scheduled activities for the guest.

Super comfortable beds, great AC, amazing staff. We experienced a power outage, but would not have been able to tell except for the noise of the on-site generator. Didn’t impact our experience at all. Fish tacos from the pool bar and grill are a must. Dinner beachside at The Grill has amazing views.

If you are looking for a very private quiet vacation, come here in May. I was treated like royalty. I reserved an oceanfront room. And was surprised to know that I had butler service. My Butler Armando, it was very attentive. Made reservations for me every night for dinner. Check the me throughout the day. And brought me anything I needed. The rest of the staff was very hospitable. My room was kept clean daily and my refrigerator was stocked. I was able to order room service if I didn't want to go out and eat.Every aspect of the service was amazing. So many food varieties, from french to mexican to japanese italian and habachi. It was all great I love that there is an adult pool with the swim up bar. I only gave 4 stars because on a couple of days there. This pool was not kept clean and one of the days a family came in with their children with pool toys we're not asked to go to the family pool. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The Food was horrible. Buffet was similar to a Grade School Cafeteria Buffet. The sit down restaurants were borderline un-edible. We had the all-inclusive and resorted to eating Granola and Yogurt from the Buffet for Breakfast, and skipping all lunch and dinners and eating out. We were in town for a Wedding. The Stay at the Krystal was the worst part of the entire weekend. Mainly the Food. Staff was nice enough, save escorting the Bride and Groom whose wedding we were in town for off the Premises because they didnt have the Dumb Bracelet. Wanted them to pay $100 for a Day Pass. They just stopped to say Hi and thank us for coming...but Staff and Security kicked them out. Even though 30 of us paid to stay at Krystal for THEIR Wedding. Was embarrassing. Even if that didnt happen, Id take your Money elsewhere...this place has the feel of a Cheap Cruise Ship at a Lake in Arizona then a Resort in beautiful Cabo San Jose.

The bathroom had a grill smell because it was close to a restaurant. They should consider installing an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything was excellent except for that smell.

The place was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of there way to help with anything we needed.
