I didnt stay! When i got there i was given a double bed room instead of the king bed room i reserved witch was fine untill the tv didn't work so i got moved to a different double bed room. However that tv didnt work either, no batteries in the remote even. The new room smelled like pee super bad and was nasty old and dirty. The beds had hair on them and were not clean. I went back upto the front desk and asked for a refund after getting a worse room and wasting an entire hour fighting with the tv and switching rooms. They said there was nothing they could do they have to have their general manager. They said i had to call Expedia to get it tooken care of and they gave me a fake phone number. I now have to call my credit union and dispute a $70 charge to my card. This is a nightmare! I should have just stayed in my car, next time i will!

Desperately needs repair and maintenance. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and tried to do everything herself, including manning the front desk and pruning the shrubs in the parking lot. There was damage on the walls, furniture, and wall accessories. The shower had a narrow stream of water. The hot tub was broken. And the swimming pool was full of bubbles that made us afraid of going in. When I went for coffee at 6 AM, The person on duty at the front desk was sleeping in front of the security monitors. The side door, which should have been accessible by key only, was open to anyone who pulled the handle.

There were too many doors to have to pass through to get to her room period and also some of the doors to outside. We're out of order

The whole place is a dump!

Tweekers running the property. Been trying to get my refund and deposit back from them for over 3 weeks. Getting the run around every time. Been told 5 times my money would be refunded by tonight. Each time is a different excuse. Last time was told they got everything figured out and that the owner would be calling at 5 pm to refund me. 3 days and still no call. Now i get hung up on when i do. Absolutely stay away!!!!!!! This is not a family place!!! Nor would i recommend anyone to this place!!!!

The pool and hot tub were out of order, and no breakfast was provided, despite the website stating that breakfast is included. Uncomfortable mattresses, lumpy pillows, dirty comforters. I would not stay there again, and don't recommend it to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very professional, pleasant, and welcoming. I will definitely be going back!

They are awful!! Staffs were not friendly while I’m deaf- i asked for paper write and they keeping talking. They are freak lazy to get paper and pen. When i my card isn’t work and no body at the desk for half hour!!! My room have no hot water, no cable, refrigeration broken, no hot breakfast, and when i arrived at 1am- room wasn’t ready for me.

Very very friendly compassionate and made us feel right at home in conversation or any needs we had! We will definitely stay there again if need to!! Thank you for all you did for us and making us feel at home away from our home <3

Roaches and loud people

Upon arrival we could not open the door to our room. Staff said it was janky and had to accompany us and show us how to get the door open. The janky door felt unsafe. The room was musty and unclean. The sheets had holes in them.

We ended up leaving. The sheets were stained, the mirror was broken, the carpet was not clean, the tv didn't work. I decided not to stay once I found roaches near the sink. The attendant on duty was unable to help, but said he would request a refund. I reached out to the manager and have not heard anything back. Most likely won't get a refund. I would look for another hotel before staying here.

Do not stay here! The room was dirty, sheets were stained and there were roaches in the room. We left and the manager would not refund my money.

Accessible place. Very quiet, the beds are fine for what you pay for.
