Nice property but no air conditioning. Hard to sleep at night. They did give me a fan which helped some.

Convenient location that is 1 block away from the pier. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a heat wave during our visit and there is no AC in the rooms. The window in our room only cracked open a little bit but they did give us some fans. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options for all! Room itself was clean, beds were comfortable.

Very good location, good view if you choose sea-view room. Will choose this hotel again if I come back to Bergen!

Great location so central to everything. Our room had a magnificent view over the famous harbour and decor was fun and modern. Comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Meals also were enjoyable.

Hotel is very centric in downtown Bergen. However, materials used for remodeling are not of high quality, ie., wallpaper in bathroom peeling off in several places, marks of damage to vinyl floors in bedroom visible, etc.

The location is absolutely perfect. The views from our room were stunning. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. However, the room itself was was pretty basic, lacking amenities like a coffee maker or a safety box.

The hotel was opposite the harbour and by the historic area with lots of wonderful places to eat fresh food especially fish/sea produce. The room was good but the window was to the interior rather than external.great breakfast really helpful staff in all areas of the hotel

Good location with an excellent breakfast buffet and nice rooms. Unfortunately it was quite warm when we were there and our AC did not work. Several other guests had the same problem and the staff did confirm there was a problem effecting multiple rooms and they offered us a fan and a credit. One of the two elevators also was out of order during our stay. Otherwise this seemed like a good hotel and hopefully they can get their maintenance issues fixed.

First night we got was a handicapt

Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great - lots of choices. However, Bergen had a hot day which translated to a warmer room. On arrival, room temp was 25.0°C. By following evening, room temp had increased to 26.5°C (80°F). Too hot for good sleep. No A/C. We were given a new room, slightly cooler. Evening temps outside had dropped significantly, but no effect inside.

Perfect location for exploring Bergen and incredible views overlooking Bryggen and Fløyen. Definitely worth paying more for a room with a terrace
