This property has been frailly recently updated and the beds, kitchenette and bathroom in our unit were good. What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. Then the room maid didn't show up the first day of the stay and only half did the job the second. It could be a really nice place to stay if they had any sense of customer service. I'd say take your business somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Nice, clean with friendly staff Other than that, the only aspect that they should review is the lack of breakfast, that was “canceled during the pandemic that will remain indefinitely” They should also review their AC, because having a “bip” sound every 10 seconds (yes, I counted the space between them!) ALL night it’s kind of annoying, to say the least! Also had the unlucky to have a party (in the hostel?!) with LOUD music until 3am that you could hear in the room…

Na primeira noite o bar do hotel funciona até às 04:00 e só parou quando eu reclamei pessoalmente.

Clean room with nice little kitchenette. Looked over the patio where there was a lot of action until midnight but not too loud.

Nós adoramos o Hostel, a limpeza, atendimento, localização e cordialidade. Fantástico! Voltaremos sempre que tivermos oportunidade de estar em Santa Maria da Feira.

Rooms very modern and comfortable. Quiet during the week. Very centrally located. Helpful staff.

Excellent! Staff was great, room very new and clean, much bigger than the average European hotel room. Comfortable bathroom. It’s on a walking street, no direct access by car, but if you’re driving, there is a public parking right behind the hostal, just a block walk. This worked perfectly for our family of four, with two twin beds pulled together for a queen size, and two bunks that the kids found cool to sleep on. Nice touch: two USB charging ports by the side of every bed, were very much appreciated by everyone.

Very neat and cosy hostel, located in the centre of town, in a old mended building with a lot of History inside its walls. Very good facilities: a large all-equiped shared kitchen with TV set and good bathroom facilities as well. Nice staff.

Estadia correu de forma esperada, elevada simpatia do staff. O menos positivo o Hostel encontra-se muito bem situado no entanto o trânsito é condicionado a moradores, (o que não permite parar em frente apenas para descarregar a viatura)

Hostel confortável no centro de Santa Maria da Feira. Vários restaurantes e bares nas proximidades. Parque de estacionamento perto do hostel. Cozinha partilhada espaçosa.

Kan vara störande med stoj från baren, men stänger man dörren i korridoren är det inga problem. Annars öronproppar ☺️ Jättefin park med både grotta och slott en kort promenad från hotellet.

Fuimos en Familia a visitar PERLIM y nos quedamos allí. El lugar es encantador y las instalaciones son superiores, todo comodidad.

Bom atendimento, ótimas instalações, quartos limpos e confortáveis porém com alto nível de ruído no período noturno que incomoda muito o repouso dos hóspedes. A cozinha compartilhada não condiz com o nível do hotel, sempre suja, desarrumada e com alta concentração de pessoas fumando em suas dependências.

Chambre rénovée tout était neuf.
