It's a nice hotel big room or the area space great service would recommend it

Bit of a rundown area, with a bit of traffic adjacent to motel, but overall it was a great value for the room, and the staff was helpful.

Property is small quiet amd comfy check in was smooth and the guy running the place was super nice

Nice place. Perfect for our stay.

Property was quiet and clean. No parking for a trailer we were delivering to CO, staff helped us find a neighbor property where we could park. The sheets had a bit to much fabric softner on them so they were a bit irritating to my skin. Despite still had a great night sleep.

Noise was bad. Was told no other rooms available. No sleep, had to leave.

Place was dated, but clean & comfortable. Won't hesitate to stay there again

It was a great spot to stop for a nights rest on the road. The staff were kind and accommodating when we drove in late, the coat is so reasonable, and the room was extremely clean and matched the pictures inside as expected after looking online. We highly recommend this spot if you need a clean & affordable stop for the night.

It's certainly not a fancy place, they've got mismatched towels, orange shag carpet walls and need a few repairs . if you're not worried about fancy , the prices were fantastic , it's definitely clean, and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. . Hands down the best motel experience I've had in 10 yrs. I'll definitely be staying with then again

Every time you flush the toilet it would back up into the bathtub. Stuff was coming out of the tub faucet.

Nice staff helped me out with parking my Penske truck on the property! Cheap clean old school but a good place to lay your head !

Nice and clean however the mattress was an older spring mattress. Hurt my back sleeping on this one.

The fellow checking is in was lovely. We were able to make coffee and get bottled water in the lounge area. The TV worked great and had many channels. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. The rooms are in need of renovation, but it was one of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in on our trip.

Booked the motel for two weeks stayed for a week then they told us we couldn’t stay anymore because they didn’t get to clean the room they never tried to come and clean the room only called and asked when we said yes they never came and cleaned then when we checked out they texted and said we left drug baggies everywhere and stole a space heater when the room didn’t even have one very rude people

This property has been recently renovated, so the room you get for the price is really good. We had a double deluxe that was advertised to sleep 5. I wasn't sure this would be the case so brought a blow-up bed, but we didn't need it because the beds were very big and there was a comfy chair if we had needed that as well. It took a bit for the guy to get back to the desk to check us in, but otherwise it was great. The flatscreen TV even had Netflix. We come to Lamar often to visit family and I don't like paying $125 for other properties that have a broken pool most of the time. This place was just what we needed.
