The property is great value. It's definitely starting to show it's age in some areas like the carpet and washrooms. Lots of amenities and the beds are comfortable. However the proximity to the train is quite bothersome as it was running very frequently throughout the night during our stay. I can speak for the other rooms, but it was very loud in our room that faces the tracks directly. Decent property overall. I would stay with this company again but likely not at this exact property due to the train.

Wow it was very pleasant and lovable staying in this property. From checking to check out everything was great. Front desk associates are asm and helpful. Great job team. Love to back again. Best view , big room and aminities.

The micro suite was exactly what we were looking for.

We enjoy staying here with our pets as this resort is pet friendly. The rooms and living areas are big. It is a very cleanly resort. Wish that there was a pool. But there is a decent size hot tub available to use. Parking wasn’t the best.

Loved the view, the layout and the size of the property. It could be a little cleaner and they might need a little maintenance on the basements and the holes in the door. Overall, good stay, good price, it’s pet friendly and I love the seperate bedrooms.

Everything is good

Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for two people for a few days. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Modern and clean studio room with everything you need for a short stay. Soundproofing in the building is great, so it was quiet despite being near the train tracks. Our pet friendly room was conveniently located and I love that there are no fees for pets, which means we’re repeat guests.

Property was perfect. Lots of room. Fully stocked and walkable to so many great restaurants and shopping

Noisy area… the train track is at the back of the property. You will hear the noisy guests when you are on the ground floor

10 minutes after I arrived the hot tub was under maintenance the parking was really congested and when someone had parked over the line into my stall they told me to park in a different one and said they’d give me a call back when they have it sorted out instead they sent me a text saying they will tow vehicles at owners expense. The bath tub didn’t drain properly and toilet seat was hanging on by thread. It definitely wasn’t the stay I was expecting or wanted.

This was a perfect location for our family trip to Banff. The kitchen (and close proximity to Safeway!) allowed us to cook our meals and play board games in the evening, with just a short trip into the park to visit each day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the unit was well stocked with amenities. The bed was comfortable. My only nitpick is that it would have been nice to have a small table or drawers to better arrange clothes in the rooms.
