We have stayed here before and been very happy. The chair and ottoman need to be replaced. I took a picture of the chair and took it downstairs. The front desk said they would note it but nothing was done to replace it. The room is showing some age. The A/C was having difficulty keeping up with the Dallas heat. Shower had some mildew.

This is my second stay here, I look forward to returning this summer!

Stay here every time we visit Texas, beautiful room, wonderful breakfast just a great place to stay!

Took a solo Valentine’s Day trip to Dallas to visit a spa and booked my overnight stay here. As a travel agent who is extremely particular about my lodging, I will tell you that this property was absolutely AMAZING!! I had a studio suite and it came with everything I could possibly need and plenty of space! Modern accommodations throughout the property and the customer service was on point, from check in to check out! I did subtract one star as the breakfast bar could have offered a few more options and a few of us had quite a wait for more coffee to come out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!
