The property is beautiful and the staff is VERY attentive- almost too attentive. They’re programmed to say “it’s a pleasure” every time they answer anything. The one big complaint is that the spa is WAY overpriced! $400usd for a facial is ridiculous. They encourage you to use the resort credit given to pay for services but the aestheticians are not trained at all and the service is basic at best. The massage wasn’t much better. It’s not the employees’ fault- the spa management needs to step up and train them- the prices are crazy expensive for what is done. Overall the property is great- the restaurants are all very good with a lot of options.

Nice property but it's a shame they try to upsell you. Throughout the trip they tried to offer us additional bonus experiences if we paid a little more for it or if we listed to their hotel group presentation. It was like a timeshare experience. They are VERY pushy. After we declined, they kept asking why and kept pushing. Very bad taste in the mouth. Last day, we requested bellman to pick up our bags, they never came. They offered to-go lunch boxes for our flight but we never received them. They refused to honor the VIP expedia benefits. Cheap place for such a high rate. They would argue and push instead of just keeping the customer happy. Again, we paid 1300$ a night. That's not a small amount.

It was a beautifull resort, top notch accomodations, restaurants and service. Many great little touches throughout the resort and the perfect size in terms of number of guests. We will be back.

Beautiful, well designed and maintained property. Pool, spa, and common area facilities are amazing. Yama restaurant is one of the best meals we have had in a very long time. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

The service was top notch and it is a very clean property. The rooms are spacious, they offer everything you would ever need, and there are plenty of food options. We had a great experience and loved our stay.

Excellent service. Food was good. We were not able to eat at the Japanese restaurant due to it being fully “booked” all nights of our stay. Spa area is fantastic. Churros and tacos at the pool phenomenal

The property is nice and we enjoyed our stay. The food was fine but would be better to have some authentic options. There is never any VIP room upgrades…they always say unfortunately not this time! The spa and hydrotherapy is amazing!

Le Blanc is exceptional! The restaurants are beyond good. Top quality drink selection (we were drinking Moet every day)! Thank you Le Blanc - we will be back soon!

We’ve been to Cabo several times and this is the best all-inclusive in the area. Service and staff are impeccable and the food and drink are better than all others we’ve been to. We’ll definitely be back.

The most upscale, most friendly, best quality of food. No other resort in Mexico even comes close to Le Blanc in term of quality and level of services. We absolutely loved it.

I celebrated my birthday here, and it was the best birthday ever thanks to the amazing staff. They truly made me feel special. Our butler Jafear and Danial at Habibi Restaurant were wonderful—I wish I could remember everyone’s name to thank them all. We stayed in the honeymoon room , and it was absolutely stunning! The quality and service were top-notch. The food was delicious—Habibi Restaurant was my favorite, but honestly, all the food was great. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the spa because it was fully booked. But overall, this resort is a 10/10. I will definitely visit again!

This property was unbelievable. It was so quiet and peaceful that it took a minute for me to adjust. It was definitely an experience. The food was great, the service great, the spa great. I was able to book my excursion at the hotel, everything was convenient. Great stay and looking forward to visiting again. I also got a room upgrade and hotel credits by booking a VIP property and being a platinum member.
