Nice apartment block with a comfortable bed and great bathroom with toiletries supplied. Good position to all restaurants and shops. My only issue was the 18 stairs down to the kitchen area. I wasn't really expecting this and would have preferred an apartment on one level as would have made use of the small sofa and table and chairs more.

What an amazing team and apartment, our stay has been such a pleasure and I cannot fault any part of it. The team have been so accommodating and supportive.

Beautiful location opposite the Minster, so central yet so quiet and felt very private. Superb check-in, and a great apartment, very well appointed and really comfortable.

A mid week mini break for my husband and I. I stayed in the Hideout several years previously and found the apartment to be what I expected it to be. Location in medieval part was ideal for exploring Hull. It is a short walk to the train station and there are several small independent cafes close by. Hull theatres and art gallery also within walking distance. A local Tesco at the end of the street is handy for supplies. The management of the Hideout is excellent. All questions answered and though there is no on-site presence our arrival and departure were hassle free.

Having stayed at numerous apartments booked through Hotels.com, I have to say that this one ranks in our top 3. The apartment was immaculate- both in cleanliness and condition. The bedroom at the back is comfy, dark and quiet despite the room being at street level, so perfect for a good nights sleep. The bathroom is great, lovely walk in shower. The other room was quite spacious with a good size sofa. Well equipped little kitchen area too. Located opposite the Minster, the nearby square has a few decent places to eat nearby. It’s also easy to walk to other bars, restaurants, etc. All in all - very impressed

We had a fantastic stay in a family apartment at Hideout. The location is brilliant for attractions like The Deep and the museum quarter and many lovely food options. The accommodation itself is perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and has everything you need. My son adored the window seat! Thank you.

Great location in the Old Town next to Hull Minster. Great apartment for one or two people. Super-eco equipped. We really enjoyed our brief visit.

Lovely new apartment, amazing value and check in and out were easy. The staff gave us an extended checkout without charge which was a nice touch. The only minor issue was the church bells every hour but we were even provided ear plugs to help with this - if you are staying in Hull this place should be high on the list -will defintley stay again
