This was by second time staying at The Broadview and I was not as happy with this stay as the last. We arrived about an hour and a half before check in. We waited about 15 minutes before someone at the front desk was available. Once someone else came to the desk to help us she greeted us by saying “are you waiting here for something?”. I explained we were arrived an hour and a half early and wanted to pay for parking and see if there was a chance for early check in. There was no early check in available, they ended up messaging us 5 minutes before check in time to notify us our room was ready.
