Rooftop Bistro was awesome

Jamal at the front desk was lovely, warm, welcoming and helpful!

Needed a room for the night while our home was being staged for an open house. Room was spacious and clean. Initial room's wall AC unit was not cooling the room but we were moved to a larger room with a working unit. Kids enjoyed the pool. The food at the Burrata restaurant was disappointing and the free breakfast was satisfying enough. Overall it was a good option to have available close to home to accommodate us in a pinch.

Staff were great, the inside resteraunt was overlly expensive and false advertised food portions. Got a personal sized pizza that was supposed to be 13 inches.

No refund for

pool did not seem clean no towels feces in shower in room food too salty room carpet stain call front about both. staff were cold or indifference... would want a full refund worst of my life...

Only complaint was shower hardware was in pretty rough working condition and elevator did not work well at all. It rested on floor 3 rather than the lobby floor and took forever to come down even when no one was using it. Breakfast staff was really friendly.

The key didn't work we have to change it staff friendly I liked the place very much.

Great place

The place is clean and neat. Breakfast is bad. The coffee machine is great. Bed is not the best. The walls were poorly insulated so you can hear neighbors and pretty sure the neighbors can hear you. Privacy is not the best. The room is very clean so that part is covered. The elevator is very good. They have 2 so going up and down is not a problem. We had an issue in which there were not towels at the pool so we had to wait several minutes until they came with a load. Great location and parking.

Housekeeping staff was very friendly. All but one front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Rooftop bar was fun.

During our stay there were three people at the reception desk working different shifts. One was super friendly, the other two seemed bothered when questioned about something. One night we asked about pool towels, he said somebody would be there, the person never showed up with towels. The breakfast was ok as that was expected being a continental breakfast. Saturday and Sunday they seem to have everything. the first day though a lot of the hot stuff was cold and Monday through Wednesday they had no Bagels. But after seeing some of the hotels closer to the falls I would definitely stay here again and was definitely glad i chose this one.

The room are spacious clean and breakfast is ok . The deodorant they use in the lobby is very strong it activated my allergies immediately
