Friendly personal, attend our questions and request but there were no hot water in shower. We were running late for an appointment so we didn’t get the chance to put a complaint.

I stayed in the king bed suite with jacuzzi and it was nice, simple and fairly spacious. The staff was amazing and respectful, the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere is relaxing inside. The location of this hotel is really good! You are within walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and sites. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here in Antigua at Casa Bella!

I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they even let us check out two hours late, which we really appreciated. They were attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was clean, had a super comfortable bed, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. The location is also great—close to everything! I’d love to come back and stay here again.

Nice small clean hotel a 5 min walk from central park. It's close enough to walk to everything but a few streets away so it's more calm. Locked entrance so felt even more safe as well. Staff was all super nice and breakfast was good.

Stay at this place on March 2025, and exceed all my expectation. Very clean and friendly staff, near of everything you need to go, very close to the Central Park on the town. I love this place very much!! I highly recommend it!!!

This was an incredibly relaxing place to stay while in Antigua! We have 5 incredible nights with airport service as well. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comforting. The bath was a relaxing place after long excursions in town.

The front entrance doors were always locked, so I had to call to get let inside the hotel. The jacuzzi tub was full of water, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The only thing I liked was the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

I had a great time at Casa Bella Hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was quite tasty and filling. The hotel is in an area that has so much to see and do, and it’s a very safe town

Maybe a 4 star in my book…. Casa Bella is for experienced travelers only!!! I really enjoyed my stay, so much that I stayed another night! If walking and sightseeing is your thing, this is it… Thanks Elvis and Family….. Also request Airport Transportation directly with Casa Bella.. THANKS!!!!

Good area at the heart of old town. Loved the room, they are clean functional simple. Most importantly they accommodate for our request for additional room/bed. I also appreciate the advance messaging before check in, made me feel special

The staff was super friendly and nice I reallly appreciated that. However, I would have appreciated my check-in being more informative and smooth. I was just given my key and sent to my room. Usually with check-ins you receive info about breakfast, wifi, available amenities etc. Also the doorbell should be fixed so I don’t have to wait so long outside banging down the door to be let in.

Could not ask for better service. The room was as advertised, was quite comfortable, and the jacuzzi worked great. The location is ideal for sightseeing and eating out. Included breakfast choices were delicious and quite adequate. Excellent notifications via WhatsApp. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
