There are pickpockets in the hotel! Don't stay at this hotel if you don't want your belongings to be stolen. After being pickpocketed, the hotel staff did not help at all even though there was a security guard right in front of the pickpocket! The worst hotel in Spain.

Left an expensive leather jacket in the hotel room closet when checking out. Because the position was already on the ship. Emails to the hotel were answered slowly and there was no response. On the phone, they also immediately said it was not there.

I left my leather jacket in the wardrobe on May 11 2024 before boarding the Princess Cruise but the hotel staff said there was nothing left behind even though I clearly remember I hung my leather jacket in the wardrobe. Hotel employees cannot be trusted. Even just a jacket can be dishonest.
