Beautiful minimal aesthetic nicely meshed with the historic texture of the property. Professional and kind staff!! Lovely breakfast . Bathroom open shower and clogged drain had many issues including flooding the bathroom which was unfortunate. Also rain shower head was so large in proportion to the shower that it was impossible to stand in the shower without getting totally drenched unless you chose to use the hand held shower . Definitely could be better designed. Finding parking was difficult so not the best if you have a car.

Such a unique property with a great location! Only thing was that the A/C wasn't very cool but seriously not a big deal because everything was beautiful!

This hotel is difficult to find. It is in the old town part of Chana up some steps and down a tiny street. I suggest you ask for the name of their restaurant and put it on your GPS.The food they served in their restaurant was fabulous. They give you a free breakfast and we had dinner there as well and we were very impressed. The room was unique. The bed was comfortable and they had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The external walls were all stone and were an old monastery. Chana is very busy in September but we enjoyed shopping and especially going to some great museums. I highly recommend their new modern archeological museum. And definitely go to the top terrace there where you can see a beautiful sunset!

Very good place to stay in Chania. Walking to everything immediately accessible. The staff attended to our every need. Will stay there again.

Friendly staff, great location near to the Venetian harbour but away from the noise. Brand new rooms, huge bath, unique architecture and the most amazing restaurant toilets you’ll ever find (Roman ruins beneath your feet through glass!)

Everything was good except breakfast. Stuff was very slow, forgot what we ordered, didn’t bring a cup for the tea. Overall hotel highly recommended! Thank you!

The rooftop decks were not usable due to the heat. The views were not very good. The service was outstanding

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. While helping other guests with check in, the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments upon arrival. The rooms were very exceptionally clean and did not disappoint. Breakfast was very smooth as well and variety available. We ended up having to leave unexpectedly late in the middle of the night, and the team did not hesitate to coordinate seamless transport to eliminate further stress on our already stressful return back. We would love to stay here again for future trips to Chania. Tips for future travellers: Apple maps does not provide correction directions and would recommend searching by the restaurant name to locate.
