Beautiful location but staff was a bit cold and not too helpful. Simple things you would expect, like a bell hop for your bags and a functioning refrigerator leaves a little to be desired. If not using spa on premises not sure the hotel meets its price point.

A big clean needed!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was being repaired. Restaurant staff was friendly and iformative.

I have never experienced such a badly run 4 star spa hotel.

I liked the quiet countryside but the hotel does have wedding ceremonies which are noisy and affected the service we received Menu was good but little variance from one day to another Hotel is out in the country and taxis were impossible to get cheaply. We were offered taxis from Torino at €70. Recommend strongly to get your own car

Très belle hôtel, mais attention il y a certaines petites choses à revoir notamment au niveau propreté à mon arrivé la chambre n été pas très propre j étais un surpris pareil très compliqué de trouver une personne pour trouver un serveur pour prendre un simple café on dirait qu il un peu de personnel, pour ces petites choses. Ce sont des détails mais qui peuvent avoir de l importance. Mais bon dans l ensemble le personnel et très sympathique et serviable donc je recommande sans souci. Encore pour votre accueil

Beautiful facility

The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is muddy and a good walk up a hill from the hotel. The inside of my car and boots are filthy from the thick clay mud of the car park. The rooms are so hot, it’s unbearable. The quality of sleep that we had was poor.

The hotel was rather dark and run down. The restaurant on premises for dinner was very disappointed. My fish entree lad a lump of skin on top when served and I ended up with a small fish bone lodged in my throat.

It's just a beautifully situated place. That was enough for us. And the on-site Enoteca restaurant was superb. Oh, and the eclectic design choices are a hoot.

Lovely building that looks stunning from the outside. However when you get inside the bedroom they do not keep in with the same period. It looks like someone has popped to IKEA and purchased a lot of modern furniture. The breakfast was good. The gym was quite tired, the pool, sauna and hot tub seemed to be ok.

Horrible experience from begining to the end. I know its an old castle,but was not expecting a medieval experience. The staff barelly speaks any english and does little to help The rooms where full of bugs, the staff sugestion : turn the lights of so the bugs go to sleep,or we were given a tall broom to do it ourselfs. During the day the rooms where too hot, the AC wasnt working. Staff says its because its winter already. During the night the rooms were freezing cold, the staff saya they cant do anything. Breakfast had a couple savory options,if you want salmonella. The eggs sit there from begining to the end of the breakfast service. Tvs in the suite dont work, the only solution provided was new batteries to the remote. Tried to speak to management for 3 days straight but somehow he was always on meetings. Still waiting for the promised call back.

Super friendly staff from housekeepers, receptionists, waiters to Gm. really beautiful hotel on stunning location. Clean, spacious, nice breakfast with an excellent variety.

Unique location, fascinating building. Understaffed, missing basic amentit in the room (bathrobe, hairdryer), dining overpriced with shortcomings.

It looks nice from the outside but the quality isn’t there. The spa is a bit old, didn’t look super clean, outdoor tubs not hot. There are constantly weddings blasting Enrique Iglesias until midnight, even on a Monday. Design is very “Ukrainian oligarch realness.” Ordered room service and it never came, had to go to the front desk twice to inquire. To their credit, breakfast was fine. This is not a hotel, it’s a wedding venue with rooms.

Asciugacapelli non funzionante, stanza attaccata all'ascensore di servizio (quindi si sentiva un po' di casino), bagno doccia toglierei il miscelatore a doccino e migliorerei questo aspetto, sala buffet colazioni assolutamente non al livello della struttura. Per il resto location favolosa e romantica

A very unique place with a very nice SPA. And the restourant with good food

Von aussen ist das Hotel toll, leider Innen nach unserem Geschmack nicht gut renoviert. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig (Spiegelhalter, WC Boden, Wasserhahn, Dusche) und unser Zimmer entsprach gar nicht dem gebuchten, es war eher wie eine "Besenkammer". Auch wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Restaurant geschlossen sind, da 2 Hochzeiten stattfanden, schade!
